Welcome to the 2024 Tackle Football Registration Grades 2 through 6
with Spring Lake Park Panther Youth Football.
This registration will allow you to provide contact information, sign waivers and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or checking account information available.
Note: Upon completion of the registration, a charge from SLP Youth Football will appear on your account.

Tackle Football Fee (2nd-6th grade):
Each registration paid includes an uniform package that includes a reversible jersey (with last name on back) which the player gets to keep. The registration fee also includes the player's usage of a helmet & shoulder pads, padded pants, and a jersey, and paid referees, field usage, game lighting. Parents must supply a protective athletic cup, mouth guard, and molded cleats. No metal cleats.
Online Registration: Registration is offered online only. No in-person or late registrations will be accepted. |

If you are registering an athlete on a scholarship or would like to inquire about a scholarship, please stop your registration and contact the board, using the email below. If your athlete qualifies for educational benefits, formally known as free and reduced lunch, please submit the district form to the email address slpyouthfootballboard@gmail.com. The previous year's form is acceptable. Your case will be reviewed and you will be contacted with the next steps required.
