Welcome to the 2024 Flag Football Registration Grades K through 1
with Spring Lake Park Panther Youth Football.
This registration will allow you to provide contact information, sign consents, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or checking account information available.
Note: Upon completion of the registration, a charge from SLP Youth Football will appear on your account.

Flag Football Fee (K- 1st grade):
Each registration paid includes game T-shirts, paid referees, field usage for games and practices and equipment use (footballs, flags, belts, etc.). Parents must supply good fitting athletic shoes or molded cleats and a mouth guard.
Online Registration: Registration is offered online only. No in-person or late registrations will be accepted. |

If you are registering an athlete on a scholarship, please stop your registration and contact the board, using the email below. If your athlete receives qualifies for the educational benefits otherwise known as free and reduced lunch, submit the district form to the email address slpyouthfootballboard@gmail.com. The previous year's form will be acceptable. Your case will be reviewed and you will be contacted with the next steps required in order to register.
